NATLIFECOACH Level 1 Certification – A four day intensive training in the Natural Lifestyle Philosophy with Tony Riddle in Cambridgeshire.
The weekend will cover training in 4 areas:
The Philosophy of a Natural Lifestyle focusing on our Physical, Social and Spiritual needs for a holistic Natural Lifestyle approach to coaching wellbeing.
NATLIFEGROW – How to create a lifestyle business. Key mentoring skills. How to hold space.
NATLIFEMOVE – Theory, Practice and Coaching of Natural Human Movement and Play
NATLIFEEVOLVE - Evolution of the Human diet, digestive system, immune system, nervous system, natural nutrition, hormones, sleep, rest.
NATLIFEIMMERSE- Nature therapy, Nature immersion, hot and cold contrast (Sauna + Ice Bath) therapy, breath work.
Your five day training will take place at Margent Farm, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE28 3FB
Arrive at 4pm for introductions and settling in, days will run from approx 8am - 6pm and you will finish at 6pm on your last day.
Travel Margent Farm is a 2 hour drive from central London, Huntingdon railway station is 1 hour from London St Pancras. You’ll be emailed a link to a WhatsApp group to coordinate travel with your fellow participants upon booking.
Accommodation An optional place in a shared 4 person 5 meter bell tent is included in the cost of the training. N.B. You will need to bring your own sleeping bag/pillow. Please confirm with us whether you’d like to take your spot. (Local accommodation and AirBnBs etc are available if you’d prefer to stay off site)
Food You can select a catered option if you’d like organic meals provided (dinner / breakfast / lunch). The wonderful Jolly Allotment are catering for you, in total alignment with the NATLIFE philosophy. All dietary requirements can be catered for, please let us know asap upon booking if you have allergies.
