Amidst the brier and upon the tree tops, you'll find, Tom Kennedy, wondering at Crooked Tree Copse.

Based out of his woodland in, Bridport, Dorset, Tom literally has nature on his doorstep, where he invites clients to "Come, take root and grow" themselves within the woodland walls, utilising the nourishing practices of the 'Natlife Philosophy'.

Tom has spent twenty years as a tree climbing arborist, and enjoyed sports and martial arts throughout his life. Yet despite wear, tear and many injuries along the way, approaching his fortieth   year, Tom feels his physical, mental and spiritual health is the best it has ever been and continues to improve, he says "We're led to believe it's a steady descent to decrepitness once we've hit thirty, but by honouring our innate movement patterns and developing an intuitive approach to food and lifestyle choices, we can advance, in our advancing years"
