The natural life style philosophy and holistic approach to health have helped immensely on my own healing journey. Through breath work, nutrition, meditation, nature therapy, hot and cold therapy, playful exercise, serving others and finding my tribe. I am healing.
I’ve learned a lot from deep self exploration and want to share my knowledge and experiences to help others on their own journeys.
Kieran sustained multiple concussions and a brain injury, during a career as a professional rugby player. Kieran turned pro at 18, became a Scottish international at 22 and retired at 25 with post concussion syndrome and was lead to healing himself through nature therapy.
Kieran specialises in breath work. It’s been a life changing modality for helping Kieran deal with the symptoms from the injury’s sustained from his rugby playing days. Kieran has had a keen interest in the power of the breath since a young age. Since being introduced to Wim Hoff’s practise during the darker days of 2016 Kieran has immersed himself in the world of breath work and has built a huge repertoire of breathing modalities that have brought positivity back to Kieran and switched his perception back to one of healing that he now passionately shares with others.
